Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy and Instructions
- Gadget Rental India will arrange return pickup from our delivery partners for orders ready for return. Customers need to pack all the gear in the delivery bag provided and lock it as received before handing over to the delivery partner. Once items is received back at our warehouse a quality check will be performed.
- Customer need to ensure that item is in same condition as it was at the time of delivery. The borrower is liable to Gadget Rental India for any loss of or damage to the equipment, regardless of the cause. Material modifications or alterations to the equipment are not permitted. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Customers can ask for cancellation and refunds 4 days prior to start of the rental period. Cancellation requests received upto 4 days advance from the order start date will be eligible for a 90% refund of the total order value.
- If the borrower cancels an order within four working days before the rental period begins, they may be liable to pay a cancellation charge, not exceeding the agreed rental fee.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
